Follow these easy steps to ensure your order goes out the same day:

1. Place your order on www.escortradar.com by 4:00pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders that are placed after 4:00pm EST will ship the next business day.
2. Use valid payment information. We are bound by the rules of our credit card banking system, please make sure the following steps are met to ensure we can send your new radar detector to you the same day you purchase:
   1. Matching Billing Address. To ensure our customers are protected from fraudulent orders, our credit processing system validates whether the billing address entered on the site matches the address linked to the credit card. Additionally, we ensure that the person entering the card is the card owner, so please register your name on our site so that it matches what the credit card companies have listed for you.
   2. Valid Phone Number. Please enter in a valid phone number where we can reach you. From time to time, we may need to get in touch with you concerning your order. We promise to only call you when necessary, and do not share your information with anyone.
   3. Valid Shipping Address. We ship all Same Day Guaranteed orders using UPS, and unfortunately they do not ship to P.O. boxes. UPS will expect to be able to deliver to a location where someone is available to receive the order, so we request that you use a valid shipping address that meets the above requirements. If you choose to ship via USPS, the Same Day Guarantee is no longer in effect.
   4. Valid Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

We will send your order confirmation email (receipt) to the email address you submit with your order, so please use the email address you check regularly. We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If we are unable to ship your purchase on the same day that you placed your order, and you have met all of our stipulations above, we will send you a free Direct Wire SmartCord (retail value of $29.95). As with any guarantee, there are stipulations that must be met in order to qualify for the SmartCord. Namely, if any of the payment information supplied by the customer results in the inability of Escort Inc. to collect payment (bad address, insufficient funds) we may need to have contact with you to validate your payment information prior to sending out your shipment which could result in a delayed shipment, and therefore voids the Same Day Shipment Guarantee. In addition, as much as we try to keep our supplies up with demand, this guarantee is not valid on backordered items. Due to the time cutoffs for shipments imposed by the USPS and FedEx, only orders shipped by UPS can qualify for the Guarantee. Lastly, this offer is not valid for orders containing only accessories.
